Abstract
Cases Report on the Use of Tranexamic Acid to Reduce Perioperative Bleeding in Liposuction and Abdominoplasty
Liposuction and tummy tuck are two of the most performed cosmetic surgeries in the world. One of the most frequent complications of these procedures is perioperative bleeding, which can lead to inappropriate postoperative procedures with greater complications. For this reason, new methods must be sought to reduce blood loss in this type of surgery.
